Aww, I thought we'd see Nemoto again after what happened in the last episode, where he suddenly fell into despair. I don't know if anything will happen next regarding him... anyway, poor Wizard and Beast got their arses kicked very easily from that Phantom.

What the. They didn't address last week's Gate-turning-Phantom?

  3. Anonymous Says:

That woman is such a bitch. She blames Haruto for everything.

  4. someone Says:

I wonder if everyone on the filming crew actually totally forgot about Nemoto.

  5. Bryd0 Says:

@Anon 2: Apparently not. I would be pissed off if nothing is ever mentioned about that when the series ends.

  6. Anonymous Says:

I think that was just a joke, if he did turn into a phantom Haruto and the others would save him already.

I found this episode to be incredibly boring. It's another boring two part filler arc. I understand that filler is necessary for the series to fill the yearly run but it's episode 38. There is only like 10 episodes left and we are still getting victims of the week and crap. The only thing that makes this episode any different from other fillers, is that it gives us a background of Haruto. This would of been fine if it came earlier but why now???

There are so many things that we can build upon with the characters and plot points. The wiseman/white wizard mystery, koyomi's origins of how she became a living doll, the philosopher stone and beast's solution to the chimera curse. But no we need to make room for soccer player. There is almost as much ball kicking in this episode as there is fighting. This came out of left field with Haruto's origins and crap.

This is really the only thing I hate about Wizard, the sheer amount of filler in the series. It's not good filler either like in Double. Aside from the human appearance of Wiseman/white wizard this episode arc is a easy pass.

I'm starting to think the ending of the series is going to be a big clusterfuck. I hope not but it sure seems like it.

I can't believe you guys actually thought they were gonna follow up on that guy from last week. It was obviously done in a comedic way and would be handled off screen.

  10. Anonymous Says:

I see one of Three possible reasons on Nemoto:

1)Since Wizard and Beast are there, they went in and stopped the break down off camera. "No Harm, no Foul."

2)This continues to that Wizard movie. Things like this has happened before: Den-O(During the Series)and Gekiranger(Flashback during the series).

3)Plot hole.(Toku is notorious for this. But it's been happening less and less as of late.)

    @Anon above
I agree that she's a bitch, but I can't say that I don't blame her for blaming Haruto for everything. I would feel the exact same way if my friend got hurt by one of their friends.
Anyway, relating to the episode...I thought that it was nice to see some of Haruto's past. Now I just need to wait for the subs so that I can understand what the hell they were saying.

Muay Thai combat for Bahamut .... oh that has got to sting

  13. rawrs Says:

lol haruto should have spammed prism xD

I wonder if that last one was wiseman...

  14. Anonymous Says:

There aren't even any subs and this episode isn't filler

OMG I completely agree with you. 10 episodes is not enough to cover all the stuff they introduced in the series. They waste time with stupid comedy and those phantom grunts with spears (who often appear out of nowhere) who we all know won’t do shit to the riders. Even if these grunts are a good opportunity for wizard/beast to showcase their tricks, most of the time these tricks are nothing new or creative.

The phantoms are so useless. If by the end of the series they don’t explain any reason for letting wizard/beast live all this time (considering they had hundreds of opportunities to do so), I would consider the phantoms weaker than a spider in my room.

  16. Anonymous Says:

you guys might see this as a waste background episode, but this episode could become an important link to how those people who turn into panthom gather, and how desperate haruto could be just because of this

  17. Anonymous Says:

why infinity style isn't appear in opening instead all dragon exist?

  18. Anonymous Says:

Only if you have rider powers
If you are just mainstream you cant defear them easely
And if the ghouls are like in the movie you can probably defear them.

  19. Anonymous Says:

@Anon4 & Anon9: If you hate the fillers which might explain some of your questions to you, then don't watch it then Baka! Also these aren't "fillers". This is canon or are you too stupid to realize that! So what if they introduced some more of Haruto's past right now? Would you rather have a bad plot with a Kamen Rider just using one punch to defeat all his opponents?! Just shut the hell up and enjoy the episode goddammit!!

  20. Anon9 is an idiot! Says:

@Anon9: Naw sht the ghouls don't do shit to Haruto and Nitou! They have the ability and strength to fight back while those who can't get curbstomped. Or don't you remember what happened in the very first episode you stupid dumbass?!?!

  21. Anon9 the pussy Says:

Well anon 9 is an idiot since the ghouls would lose to Kamen Riders, BUT... these ghouls anon9 is badmouthing are good for distraction and are able to defeat a normal human who can't use magic!

  22. Anonymous Says:

Did that stupid anon 9 say that Haruto and Nitou's moves they use on the Ghouls are not new or creative?!

Breaker, Breaker one nine. We have a visual of a idiot who doesn't know what he is talking about. Permission to declare he is a Power Rangers fan?

  25. Anonymous Says:

What I don't understand is why Haruto even bothers with the Dragon Styles when he can just go to Infinity Style with one ring scan? And don't tell me because it drains mana or whatever, because they haven't even followed up on that!

  26. Anonymous Says:

Yaaay Soccer guy put himself in danger so that girl can bitch at Haruto next episode too!
Cuz ya know when you're being hunted by a monster, driving away the only one that could help is really the best thing to do. Ya know like she did before? Chewing out Haruto over an accident that he clearly regrets.

Did you not watch the last episode?!

  28. Anonymous Says:

Haruto??!! Did you forget All Dragon Style?!

  29. Anonymous Says:

    @anon June 6, 2013 at 6:57 AM

Theoretically, All Dragon is stronger than Infinity. However, All Dragon drains a fuck load of mana, not to mention that it takes forever to setup. Basically the same case as Den-O Climax form vs Liner form. Also, why would you go straight into a form that is overkill(assumingly)when a "cheaper" form and less exhausting might work?

  30. Anonymous Says:

Ehh I'm not on the Wizard hate wagon but in all honesty with 10 episodes left, really looking back on this past year. The phantoms haven't accomplished jack shit since episode 1. No lie they're a interesting character concept but the formula is so inneffective and routine, Fourze Zodiarts make them look like a joke. Also with soo many powerful MoW like Bahamut, couldn't they teamed up and brutally curbstomp Wizard a long time ago. It's a huge plot hole in the series, at least Fourze, OOO excuse divides their MoW into two separate tiers.

This is something I found on henshinjustice which sums up wizard

At the beginning of the series we knew:

    - that Phantoms were born from Gates falling into despair and losing their hope

    - that Souma Haruto held on to hope and overcame despair retaining his Dragon Phantom within and gaining the ability to use magic via his WizarDriver and magical stones cut and set by Wajima who “hears” from a magical stone how to form the rings into usable implements

    - that Koyomi is an exception to the standard Gate falling to despair formula in that her human form remains separate from her Phantom but without memories and she is sustained by Haruto’s Mana via a special ring. The Phantom Medusa called her a Mana-fueled doll, but her friends deny it, saying she is human.

    - Wiseman wants to hold another Sabbat, which was the Eclipse Ceremony that made a bunch of Phantoms. He wants to make more Phantoms.

Now at the end of the Third Quarter of the show we know:

    - that Phantoms were born from Gates falling into despair and losing their hope

    - that Souma Haruto held on to hope and overcame despair retaining his Dragon Phantom within and gaining the ability to use magic via his WizarDriver and magical stones cut and set by Wajima who “hears” from a magical stone how to form the rings into usable implements. [New Information] The Dragon Phantom’s power was supposed to make Haruto despair, but never did and that plot point seems to have been dropped.

    - that Koyomi is an exception to the standard Gate falling to despair formula in that her human form remains separate from her Phantom but without memories and she is sustained by Haruto’s Mana via a special ring. [New Information] The Phantom Gremlin who retained his human heart and Identity but is still quite evil called her a Mana-fueled doll, but her friends deny it, saying she is human.

    - Wiseman wants to hold another Sabbat, which was the Eclipse Ceremony that made a bunch of Phantoms. He wants to make more Phantoms [New Information] so he can hold a sans-eclipse Sabbat.

    [New Information]

    - Wiseman and Gremlin want the Philosopher’s Stone.
Haruto used to be a soccer player

In summation: Wizard has no plot.

Thank you for wasting my time

  33. Shun-Pei Says:

    ^
    New Information :)
    - Rather than Phantom, Wiseman more concerned with large amount Mana and that lead us to Wiseman after something more big than make new phantom born
    - There is Ancient Wizard who do not need to be Gate, but must kill phantom for mana regularly
    - There is another potential Wizard, Mayu
    - Even has been destroyed, Seed of phantom can reborn again depend to resolution of Gate
    - bla..bla..bla, i'm tired, watch it yourself

in summation : rather change all fact from the earlier episode, Wizard tend to make new possibilites and fact, and surprisingly all rider make that same format
